Delete Your Account

This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data for the Yab Sigorta mobile app.

How to Request Account Deletion

• Open the Yab Sigorta app
• Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account
• Confirm your email and password
• Tap on "Delete My Account"

Alternatively, you can send an email to support@yabsigorta.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.

What Will Be Deleted

The following user data will be permanently deleted:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Insurance Policy Details
• Profile and login credentials

Data Retention Policy

We may retain transactional data such as invoices and order logs for legal and regulatory purposes for a maximum of 1 year, as required by law.
